The support surface came out extremely flat. I've had it up to 60mph with 190lb of Soft Maple with no sliding, fluttering or tendency to lift.

I Gorilla Glued some closed-cell foam on the the feet to protect the finish on the car and fabricated weather-seal protector out of ShapeLock plastic. I need a better-looking way to attach it to the car.
